Fundamentals of Project Management for ICT Professionals

ICT projects are characterized by a high level of change and continuous adaptability of the project and deliverables to the changing requirements of the client/customer. Traditional project management lacks many tools and techniques required by the rapidly changing environment of technology projects, which is why agile methodologies are increasingly considered the best option for managing ICT projects. This proposed course addresses project management in light of agile methodologies and provides a foundation where participants learn to integrate both traditional project management practices with agile and scrum tools and techniques for optimum performance and project success.
