1. 01Program / Project Management SOP Design and Development−

   Organizations execute a variety of projects; these projects require extensive procedural and policy guidance, which is a time-consuming task for every project. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals can immensely assist with this issue. We have developed SOPs for our clients including public and private, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations — in light of internationally recognized industry best practices and standards, customized to Afghanistan’s legal and business environment.

2. 02Organizational Project Maturity Assessment+

   Mature organizations have foundations that can assist and provide ground rules for all kinds of projects undertaken by the organization. We undertake a comprehensive assessment where we look at processes, people, technology, and available skill sets, identify gaps that can negatively impact project execution, and provide recommendations in light of best practices, industry standards, and case studies. Our assessments help clients develop new processes and systems that help them execute projects successfully.

3. 03Organizational Risk Management Framework+

   We operate in an uncertain business environment; project uncertainty and risk is one of the most critical aspects of project management. Comprehensive risk identification and well-managed response implementation can save a considerable amount of resources and time. We assist clients with risk assessment, response design, and the development of organizational and project risk management frameworks — helping them identify risks scientifically, develop responses professionally, and continuously monitor projects.

4. 04Project Design, Planning, and Requirements Gathering+

   Poor project requirements collection is one of the top three reasons for project failures. We advise clients on better processes for requirements collection, documentation, and approval, and work with their personnel on requirements-gathering skills. Good requirements practices help identify critical issues, design relevant interventions, increase stakeholder buy-in, improve morale, and help with end-product transition. Projects designed to address the right issues have longer life and stronger sustainability.

5. 05Project Quality Management and Compliance+

   Quality is an all-encompassing practice; it starts from project conception until handover of the final result to the client. We assist clients to develop quality practices for their organizations — usually a 360-degree practice that encompasses all organizational operations — and help them understand industry quality standards and ensure compliance.
