Change is one of the most persistent features of our personal and professional life, organizations go through a variety of changes throughout their existence; and successful organizations master the skills of adaptability, acceptance, and constant change to stay ahead of the competition, grow and succeed.
In our change management initiatives, we assist our clients with the alignment of change management policy to the organizational strategy, help them with long-term change management practices, advise on the adoption of technology into operations, restructure, and consult business process improvement practices.
Change takes time to be integrated with daily operations and be accepted by the masses within an organizational context, we stay with our clients till the end, share the challenges and cherish the happy moments.
In our change management services, we usually take a process-based approach with clearly defined results, steps to be taken, analysis mechanisms, and end state in mind.
Initially, we help with defining the change, why the organization needs to change and what benefit do we expect from the change, and along the change implementation process, these benefits are measured ensuring change delivers value.
We also help with devising stakeholder strategy and continuously communicate and engage stakeholders and others who are either impacted or could have a say in change, and throughout the initiative, the change impact is measured with the assistance of all relevant stakeholders.
The change implementation also requires an extensive understanding of change readiness, planning and measurement, we design change management and implementation projects with change benefits in mind; Globally, the success rate of organization-wide change initiatives are not good and one of the key reason is poor project design for change projects, as in-light of our extensive experience both in project and change management, we design projects which consider critical points of both change and project management professional practices.
Changes also require extensive support to individuals and teams as well, we provide education, learning, mentoring, and coaching to different levels of organization personnel and help them address fear, ambiguity, and resistance caused by the change initiative.
Overall our change management intervention is guided by:
A. Defining change as a process
B. Formulating Change Management Strategy, which includes Communication, Sponsorship, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact and Readiness, Learning and Development, Measurement and Benefits Realization, and at the end the sustainability strategies.
C. Developing and Executing Change Management plan, which executes the relevant strategies in time bounded iterative manner, with constant revision based on- the ground realities.
D. Completing the change management effort, our last point of action in change intervention is completing the change management effort and handing over the ownership and results of the change to the operational departments.
