Our consultants brings decades of collective experience to every assignment
we undertake.
Even though every assignment have it’s distinct challenges and requires
unique intervention but we mainly divide our work/ approach into the following
A. Understanding the requirements
Researches show the key failure factor in the majority of the projects is poor requirements understanding and collection, our every assignment starts with understanding the requirements from the perspective of developing a solution and what the client wants at the end, how would he/she define the success.
Even though our consultants may bring industry experience to the table but it’s the client who would have to live with the solution and who have on the ground knowledge about the issue he/she is facing, that’s why before we proceed with our intervention or designing the solution, we get the client’s buy-in at every stage.
As long as she/he doesn’t feel the ownership of the proposed solution, the failure rate would be very high.
B. Designing Intervention
Our intervention is designed with the solution in mind, if it’s a policy document or training or mentorship or designing a management system, as long as the issue or problem persists, we think our solution is not delivering value, we will work with the client until the issue is fully addressed.
Even though our intervention would be designed with industry’s best practices, but it would be customized to an extent where it fully addresses the issue at hand.
Once the intervention/ solution is designed with the client’s approval and buy-in we move to implementation.
C. Assistance with implementation
We believe only designing a new solution, system or process would not help unless systematically implemented, we help our clients with the implementation of the new system and document it’s finding, adopting it based on the lessons learned and always open for improvement.
D. Change of ownership/ Mentoring
One of the key factor in success of any change initiative is transfer of ownership and transition management, at the end of our every project we conduct transfer of ownership of the end result, during the transfer we make sure the client feel comfortable with using the new system and provide continued mentorship until such guidance is not needed.
