At the end of every project, we ensure the transfer of ownership of the end result to our clients. During this transition, we ensure that the client feels comfortable using the new system and provide continued mentorship until such guidance is no longer needed.
Our approach is participative throughout the entire project. We deploy participative methods to encourage client involvement at every stage, ensuring they understand how the issue is being addressed and feel confident to take over when our assistance is no longer needed.
