The Change Management in Organizations & Projects (CCMP-Aligned) training is a practical, application-focused program designed to equip managers, leaders, and project teams with the skills and tools needed to plan, execute, and sustain organizational change. Based on the ACMP Standard for Change Management, this program provides a structured, internationally recognized approach to managing change, while integrating Afghan organizational realities, cultural considerations, and field-level challenges. Participants learn how to prepare organizations for change, engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and ensure new systems, structures, and behaviors are fully adopted.
