Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plays a critical role in measuring project success, impact on beneficiaries’ lives, and stakeholder satisfaction. 1. 01Evaluation−

   An evaluation is a systematic and objective examination of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of activities in light of specified objectives. The idea is to isolate errors so as not to repeat them, and to underline and promote successful mechanisms for current and future projects. An important goal of evaluation is to provide recommendations and lessons to project managers and implementation teams. Evaluations are also a means to report to the donor about activities implemented — verifying that funds are well managed and transparently spent.

2. 02Monitoring+

   Monitoring is a continuous assessment that aims at providing all stakeholders with early detailed information on the progress or delay of ongoing assessed activities. Its purpose is to determine whether the planned outputs, deliveries, and schedules have been reached so that action can be taken to correct deficiencies as quickly as possible. Good planning combined with effective monitoring and evaluation plays a major role in enhancing the effectiveness of development programs and projects.

3. 03Research and Surveys+

   We are experienced in designing surveys and research for data collection purposes. We have been part of many research and survey projects — conducted both for implementation partners and donor agencies. Right data collection efforts help with measuring the impact of intervention, recommend changes, and prevent wastage of resources.
